We offer a 30-day money-back guarantee on Dispatch AI subscriptions. If you're not satisfied with your purchase, you can request a full refund within 30 days of your order date.

How to request a refund

Refunds are processed by our payment provider, Paddle.com, which is the Merchant of Record for all our orders. To request a refund, visit paddle.net using the email address used at checkout, or contact our support team and we will arrange it with Paddle on your behalf.

Subscription cancellations

You can cancel your subscription at any time from the in-app Settings page. Cancellation takes effect at the end of your current billing period; refunds for unused time outside the 30-day guarantee window are at our discretion.
