Dispatch AI is the controller of the personal data described here. Contact us through the in-app support channel.
2. Data we collect
- Account data — name, email, password (hashed), authentication metadata.
- Profile data — license level, region, voice preference and any other settings you provide.
- Briefing inputs — routes, NOTAMs, weather and other text you submit to generate briefings.
- Usage data — number and type of briefings generated, timestamps, basic device/browser info, IP address.
- Support communications — messages you send us.
3. Why we use it
- To create and operate your account (contract).
- To generate the briefings you request (contract).
- To bill you and prevent fraud (contract / legitimate interests).
- To monitor and improve the Service (legitimate interests).
- To comply with legal obligations.
- To respond to your support requests.
4. Who we share it with
- Paddle.com — our Merchant of Record. Paddle handles payments, subscription management, taxes and invoicing on our behalf.
- Hosting and infrastructure providers — to run the Service.
- AI providers — to generate briefings from your inputs.
- Voice synthesis providers — to produce spoken briefings.
- Professional advisers — legal and accounting, where needed.
- Authorities — where required by law.
5. International transfers
Your data may be processed outside your country. Where transfers leave the UK/EEA we rely on appropriate safeguards (such as Standard Contractual Clauses).
6. Retention
We keep account data for as long as your account is active and for a reasonable period afterwards to meet legal and tax obligations. Briefing inputs may be retained to operate and improve the Service. Data is deleted or anonymised when no longer needed.
7. Your rights
Subject to local law you may have rights to access, rectify, erase, restrict, port, or object to processing of your data, and to withdraw consent. UK/EEA users have these rights under the UK GDPR / GDPR and may complain to a supervisory authority. We respond within one month.
8. Security
We use appropriate technical and organisational measures (encryption in transit, access controls, audit logs) to protect your data. No system is perfectly secure; please use a strong unique password.
9. Cookies
We use essential cookies needed to authenticate you and run the Service. We do not use advertising cookies.
10. Changes
We may update this notice. Material changes will be communicated.
