Terms & Conditions
Last updated: 1 May 2026
1. Who you're contracting with
The Dispatch AI service ("Service") is operated by Dispatch AI ("we", "us"). By using the Service you agree to these Terms.
2. Acceptance
By creating an account or using the Service, you accept these Terms. If you don't agree, don't use the Service.
3. What Dispatch AI is — and isn't
Dispatch AI is a pre-flight situational-awareness tool. It decodes NOTAMs and weather and produces briefings in your chosen language. It does not give Go/No-Go recommendations and is not a replacement for an official pre-flight briefing. You are the pilot in command and are solely responsible for the conduct and safety of your flight. Always cross-check with official sources (FAA, EASA NM, national AIS, MET providers) before flight.
4. Permitted use
You agree not to: use the Service unlawfully; misrepresent your identity; attempt to break, probe or interfere with the Service; scrape, reverse engineer or resell access; upload malware or content that infringes others' rights.
5. Account & accuracy
You are responsible for keeping your credentials confidential and for all activity under your account. Provide accurate information and keep it up to date.
6. AI-generated content
The Service uses generative AI. Outputs may be incomplete or inaccurate, especially regarding fast-moving operational data. Always verify against official sources. The Service is not a substitute for professional aviation advice or official flight planning. You are responsible for your prompts and inputs and for having the rights to any content you submit.
7. Intellectual property
We retain ownership of the Service, software, branding and all related IP. You receive a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable right to use the Service for your own pre-flight briefings under the plan you've selected.
8. Payment, subscriptions, taxes & refunds
Our order process is conducted by our online reseller Paddle.com. Paddle.com is the Merchant of Record for all our orders. Paddle provides all customer service inquiries and handles returns. Payment, billing, taxes, cancellations and refund mechanics are governed by the Paddle Buyer Terms and our Refund Policy.
9. Service level
We work hard to keep the Service available but do not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free performance. Implied warranties are disclaimed to the fullest extent permitted by law.
10. Suspension & termination
We may suspend or terminate access for material breach, non-payment, suspected fraud, security risk or repeated/serious policy violations. On termination your access ends.
11. Liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, our aggregate liability is capped at the fees you paid to us in the 12 months before the event giving rise to the claim. We exclude liability for indirect, consequential, incidental or special damages, including loss of profits, data or goodwill. Nothing in these Terms limits liability that cannot be excluded by law.
12. Indemnity
You will indemnify us against claims arising from your content, unlawful use, or violation of these Terms.
13. Governing law
These Terms are governed by the laws of the seller's jurisdiction. Disputes go to the competent courts of that jurisdiction unless mandatory law provides otherwise.
14. Changes
We may update these Terms. Material changes will be communicated. Continued use after changes means you accept them.
